Fall Adirondack Mountains Elopement

B + D’s Adirondack Mountains elopement was one of my favorites to photograph. We met up at the start of the trail and they got ready together. Then we headed up to the mountains to explore the location and take portraits. B is very adventurous and had heals on the whole time! I mostly loved that B & D were excited to explore this location and the weather was perfect. This elopement was early in the fall so the trails were not crowded.

Once we got to the summit, we explored the area a little bit before getting into vow readings. Afterwards, they shared their vows and celebrated with popping champagne. Then, they had some time to relax and eat cheesecake since that’s both of their favorite desert. I love that they had cheesecake instead of regular cake.

I photographed the scenery as they got to enjoy their time and the views. The Adirondack mountains are a great spot if you want mountaintop photos with lakes in the background.

After we took a little break, we took mountaintop portraits and B+D even shared their first dance. I just loved capturing those moments.

Afterwards we wrapped up the session.
